Why access is governed

A download should stay attributable.

Resources carry methodology, boundaries and version dates. Named access keeps each recipient on the current version, records who holds which artefact, and lets the team withdraw or replace material that is superseded.

01

Version control

Every artefact carries a version and date, so a recipient is never working from a superseded method.

02

Correct scope

Buyer, procurement and measurement material answers different questions. Access is matched to the reader’s role.

03

Traceable release

A governed evidence claim must be inspectable, including the record of who received it and when.

Frequently asked questions

What access does and does not involve.

Who can request credentials?

Organisations evaluating, procuring or governing Search Intelligence work, and agencies collaborating on a client engagement.

How long does a request take?

The team confirms the named recipient and the resources in scope before issuing access, normally within two working days.

Is a commercial commitment required?

No. Buyer, procurement and assurance material exists to help an organisation ask better questions before any engagement.

Can credentials be shared internally?

Access is issued to a named recipient. Additional colleagues can be added to the same organisation record on request.

Are the illustrative workbooks real client data?

No. Populated examples are clearly labelled method demonstrations and are fictional by design.
