Accessible approved versions of the PAIA Manual, prescribed request form, fee information, available-record schedule and applicable POPIA forms are provided on request.

Request process

  1. Identify the record clearly.
  2. Complete the prescribed form.
  3. Explain the right involved where required.
  4. Provide information needed to verify and communicate with you.
  5. Submit through the published PAIA route.
  6. Pay an applicable prescribed fee where required.
  7. Retain the reference.
